Together with the public deliverables published in this website, SHIP2FAIR has produced a series of confidential materials, instrumental for the progress of the project between April 2018 and March 2019. Therefore we would like to share with our readers a public overview of the performed work. Down below, you will see the list of confidential reports prepared by the consortium and a brief description:

  • D1.1 Project Handbook: CIRCE, the project coordinator, prepared this document with the collaboration of all partners. This document established the basis for the management and coordination of SHIP2FAIR, including the reporting and communication procedures and tools. The Project Handbook is a working live document, which will be updated according to the project needs to assure a smooth and successful project management and the achievement of the objectives of the project.

  • D1.2 Project Management collaborative space guide: CIRCE, prepared this document, which showcases the common drive and guidelines to use this collaborative working space for developing and coordinating the project activities internally. The user guide is available for the partners in order to ease the understanding of the intranet features, giving the consortium the possibility of suggesting improvements concerning the performance of the support tool.

  • D2.2 Fine-tuned results specifications: the author of this reports is SHIP2FAIR partner, CEA. This document aims at providing fine-tuned specifications and demo-sites boundary conditions for each demo-site in the perspective of solar heat integration. Consequently, each of these demo-sites have been studied in detail to establish the baseline for solar technology implementation. Especially, processes flow diagram including sensors and control systems are presented with the available level of information.
    • M&R and RAR processes will be boosted by ISG solar Fresnel technology
    • At RODA, the process is being renewed and solar heat injection is considered in the frame of this project. Non concentrating thermal collectors (flat plates or evacuated tubes) are envisioned, being SOLID the responsible partner.

  • D2.3 KPI Draft Version: this version prepared by CEA, establishes a list of indicators to asses the benefit of solar heat integration in industrial processes. These indicators are Key Performance Indicators (KPI) when they ares linked to quantities calculated with relations approcved by the consortium. Used in the framework of SHIP2FAIR, these KPI’s are generic and usable for future replication projects. KPI’s split into different categories related to technical, economic, environmental, social and regulation aspects.

  • D10.1 Ethics: SHIP2FAIR activities include the participation of external agents both in terms of recipient of dissemination materials and actually as beneficiaries in the project. General overview of actors: stakeholders interested in the project, entities to deliver dissemination material, attendees to project events, selected beneficiaries for promoting the project technologies, related professionals, undergraduate and Master students. In this sense, the following tasks may be related to the ethics’ issues. These activities may involve the collection of personal data (mainly contact detailsp, however, no sensitive data will be either collected or processed withing SHIP2FAIR project:
    • Definition of the baseline algorithm for SHIP2FAIR Replication Tool
    • Dissemination and communication actions
    • Training activities for the agro-food sector
